Full-case design of vital signs monitor
With the advancement of science and technology and the rise of "Internet +" medical technology, medical equipment design has received much attention. The vital signs monitor is one of the important devices for monitoring patients in the ICU room. In addition to focusing on the expression of technological sense, the design concept introduces emotional design concepts, human-computer interaction, and UI interactive design. It aims to improve the usability, comfort and fit of the product and meet the spiritual needs of users. The customer commissioned the full-case design of this project, including appearance design, structural design, UI design, functional prototype production, and CMF confirmation.
Working principle
The monitor is a device used to monitor the patient's vital signs. Its working principle is mainly based on the sensor receiving human biological signals, converting biomedical signals into electrical signals through the signal detection and preprocessing module, and performing preprocessing such as interference suppression, signal filtering and amplification. Then, the data extraction and processing module performs sampling and quantification, and calculates and analyzes each parameter. The result is compared with the set threshold, and a supervision alarm is issued, and the result data is stored and transmitted in real time.

Portability and ease of use: The design of the monitor focuses on portability and ease of use, and adopts a thin and light design. For example, the Lepu flat-panel multi-parameter monitor AIView VX host adopts an ultra-thin flat-panel design of ≤2.2 cm thick and is equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition touch capacitive screen, which is convenient for medical staff to operate and carry.


Modularity and versatility: The monitor design emphasizes modularity and versatility, and can be flexibly combined to meet the needs of different clinical scenarios.
