1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from industrial design or design major, more than three years of work experience;
2. Proficient in various related commonly used software, proficient in using design software, strong professional ability;
3. Have excellent design management and training capabilities;
4. Active design concepts, rich inspiration, and aesthetic views of industrial products that meet the requirements of popularity, industry, internationality and the times. Able to keenly perceive and absorb new popular elements, and have full perception and grasp of shapes and colors;
