Working principle

The working principle of the rice cooker is mainly based on temperature control and electric heat conversion. When starting to cook rice, the user presses the switch to attract the permanent magnet and the temperature-sensitive soft magnet, the contacts are connected, and the heating plate is powered on for heating. The electric heating wire in the heating plate generates heat, which is transferred to the food through the aluminum bottom of the pot to achieve heating and cooking. In the cooking process, the temperature-sensitive soft magnet plays a key role. When the temperature in the pot is maintained at 100℃, the temperature-sensitive soft magnet is still attracted to the permanent magnet, and the heating plate continues to heat. When the water in the pot is absorbed by the rice or evaporates, the temperature in the pot begins to rise. When the temperature rises to about 103℃, the temperature-sensitive soft magnet loses its magnetism due to heat and is no longer attracted by the permanent magnet. The switch bounces up due to the spring and gravity, the contacts separate, and the heating plate is powered off. After the power is off, the rice cooker enters the insulation state. At this time, another insulation circuit is connected to keep the heating plate at low power heating and keep the temperature of the rice at around 70℃.

Optimize electric heating elements: Use more efficient heating methods, such as IH electromagnetic heating technology, to directly heat the rice and reduce the loss of heat energy. Optimize pot body design: Use thick pot liner design to increase the contact area between rice and pot body, making heating more uniform; use non-stick coating to facilitate cleaning and prevent rice from sticking to the pot. Improve the shape and material of the pot: Choose a suitable inner pot material (such as stainless steel, ceramic, etc.), and design a reasonable inner pot shape and thickness to ensure even heat distribution and sufficient heating of the rice.
